Approach:

For years now, I have helped children and adults find ways to explore and process their life experiences, both healing and hindering, in order to help them gain confidence, a sense of purpose, and life balance.  Do you feel like you’re drowning in your emotions? Have shame or shyness prevented you from seeking support in the past?

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT),  Solution Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy to meet my clients needs.

My style is warm, direct, and humorous at times.  I want to work with you to help you move forward in a position of strength.
